The secret city was to work on not just atomic energy science, but also to develop computer systems capable of runnin atomic testing in virtual environments. You've heard of the computer company ORACLE?

The ORACLE or Oak Ridge Automatic Computer and Logical Engine,[sup][1][/sup] an early computer built by Oak Ridge National Laboratory, was based on the IAS architecture developed by John von Neumann.

One of the projects they were developing, to my knowledge was a project called "google", but I'm finding it hard to get a decent source on that.

Anyway, Oak Ridge is one of those places some try pretend doesnt exist.

I cant remember exactly what it was I was reading that introduced me to this place, but it was along the lines of CIA, Eschelon, electronic warfare (so Facebook) and the like.

Oak Ridge sister city in Russia, Obninsk:

The history of Obninsk began in 1945 when the First Research Institute Laboratory "V", which later became known as IPPE (Institute of Physics and Power Engineering) was founded.
On June 27, 1954, Obninsk started operations of the world's first nuclear power plant to generate electricity for a power grid. The city was built next to the plant in order to support it.

Not really related but a thred on ats about MiB's and speculation that they are DoE made me want to do a search for known UFO reports there

All I wanted was to read  about electronic warfare, but if non-terrestrials have access to the internet that Im sure they do, that might account for some of these soscial media "influencers"?, some are that detached from humanity.
