Anyone else watching this show? It’s on Apple+ and is about a haunted island supposedly off the coast of Massachusetts. The story goes back to the early 1700s and is set in current times with flashbacks to early centuries. The new mayor who is from the mainland, married a local island woman and they had a son who was born on the island. The mayor is a widower who is raising his son who is now a teenager but has never been to the mainland. The residents only have landline phones, little internet access and no phone towers so iPhones don’t work there.
A lot of twists and turns and make-you-jump moments. It has been picked up for a second season, hopefully releasing next year.
