Pilots are the ones to listen to. Great encounter cases. I have read some of them on ufocasebook some time ago. At least we can exclude Venus as an official explanation.

Yes indeed mate some of these pilots are pretty brave coming forward and would imagine there's lots of intimidation not to.

There's also some pretty fascinating testimony below involving a very strange object confirmed on ground and air radar over the North sea.

The scrambled F-15 pilot describes what he witnessed below - he also states he captured the object on gun camera which was later 'confiscated'.

• "It was a football shaped object, it was about the size of my F-15 maybe forty feet long, glowing kind of orange, yellow - the colours were kind of flowing across the surface of it like a fluid.

So I'm watching this thing trying to figure out what the hell is this and I got about fifteen seconds to look at it with the gun camera rolling and then it shot vertically up into space just in the blink of an eye."
